Desley was amazing in helping us declutter our store room! She worked alongside my husband and me, taking the time to understand our different personalities and reasons for holding onto things. What we thought would be a daunting job turned out to be enjoyable and minimum stress. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to let go of so much and reorganise the rest into a space that's now tidy, manageable, functional. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Desley highly enough. I have chronic health conditions and had reached a point where the clutter in my home felt completely overwhelming. No matter how much I wanted to tackle it, I just didn't have the energy or ability to manage it on my own. It got to the point where I felt really embarrassed about the state of my house—but from the moment Desley arrived, all of that worry melted away. She was so kind, understanding, and completely non-judgmental. She worked efficiently but always at a pace that felt comfortable for me, helping me make decisions without any pressure. What could have been an overwhelming experience turned into something positive, empowering, and even enjoyable!

Desley saved us from ourselves! We live in a four bedroom house, and for some years there were 8 of us living here. Now with kids grown and flown, and three still at home, we still had a lot of stuff.

We opened a small business, we homeschool the kids, there's a lot of community volunteer work we're involved with ..... and it all just got on top of us. I don't think I had the time OR energy to take on the task by myself, and the kids weren't keen (to put it politely). Desley calmly worked with me to declutter and reorganise the kitchen, linen closet, and all the other cupboards - it's not a small house. She worked with teens and a tween to help them sort through their things, and find systems to help them maintain everything. Everyone was reluctant, but they all came on board, and we reached our goals! Thanks to Desley I threw a party, and the kids all had friends sleep over. I honestly can't thank Desley enough, she's given me back my life!

Desley is amazingly committed and professional as a decluttering service provider. I have been enjoying her service for the past few months, and she has rendered such exceptional service that not only my small apartment is wonderfully transformed, I have also learned from her valuable lessons on decluttering my life.

Desley is a highly competent and professional lady in the area of helping older people downsize and de-clutter. She has a nursing background which shows through in the way she cares about people.
